Vaccination Policy Info

All patrons must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend our walk through events, with the exception of children under 12 years old.

All ticket holders must show proof of vaccination (along with matching photo ID) before entering our venues. Proof of vaccination can be your physical vaccine card, a photo of your card, or your digital vaccination record.

Exceptions will only be made for children under 12 and those with documented qualifying medical conditions preventing them from becoming vaccinated. For adult patrons with qualifying medical conditions, a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen laboratory test taken within 48 hours of the show date will be accepted, along with documentation of medical exemption (and matching photo ID). At-home self-tests will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be issued for failure to provide proof of vaccination (or negative test results with documented medical exemption) as described above.

Additionally, we recommend all patrons wear a mask covering their nose and mouth at all times (except when actively eating or drinking) regardless of vaccination status. Please note that we reserve the right to ask anyone violating this policy to leave the venue without refund.

Patrons who have a fever or are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 should stay home.

Thank you for helping us return to these events safely!

FAQ

Q: What proof of full vaccination will you accept?

A: We will accept your physical vaccination card or a photo of your vaccination card. The name on your vaccination record must match the name on your photo ID. Full vaccination means that it’s been at least 14 days since your last shot.

Q: What type of test result will you accept for those who can’t get vaccinated?

A: For those who have a medical condition preventing them from being vaccinated, we will accept documented (either printed or digital) medically-administered laboratory-based negative test results from an antigen or PCR test taken within 48 hours before the show. The documentation must include the type of test, the healthcare entity that issued the test, the test date, and the name of the person being tested. At-home self-tests will not be accepted. Individuals with a medical exemption must also provide documentation of that exemption.

Q: Can I still bring my child to a show?

A: Of course, but children 12 and over will need to provide proof of vaccination. Children under 12 are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test. We understand that children may not have a photo ID.

Q: Will venue staff be following the same guidelines?

A: No, other forms of payment such as checks and money orders are not accepted.
